I am a young Chandigarh resident and feel strongly on several issues raised by you. On Rock Garden, which I visited recently, its true people have been defacing it and the city administration is also not doing much to maintain it. I think we city residents should be invited as volunteers to keep a check on such elements defacing our world famous garden, and those caught should be fined heavily.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
